Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by e-mail or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

Withdrawal via Our Online Shop

If you concluded your contract via our online shop, you can also declare your withdrawal directly online using our withdrawal function.

To do so, click on “Withdraw from Contract” and follow the next steps. There you can enter or confirm the required details about your order and then submit the withdrawal to us via the “Confirm Withdrawal” button.

The withdrawal function is available to you throughout the entire withdrawal period.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
